Brett is originally from Monticello, FL. His musical journey started with his band 19 South performing in Tallahassee and the Panhandle area. BK has been a regular performer at Monticello’s Southern Music Rising Festival. He is a familiar face to Port St Joe.  He has performed at the Haughty Heron where he opened for Billy Dean, and at the Scallop Festival where he opened for Aaron Tippin. He was an emerging artist at a previous Blast.

He was honored to open for Chuck Cannon and Lari White at the Monticello Opera House. A very special memory was performing at a house concert at the Barnhouse with Charlie and Dana Black. It was a privilege to perform at Blast alongside all the great talent. So thankful to be invited back to the very best singer-songwriter festival. Brett currently resides in Beech Bluff, TN with his wife Heather and three children where he performs in and around Jackson, TN.
